privacy policy

rina stores the minimum data it needs to work. we never sell data or use it for advertising.

what we store

• server settings: everything you configure, keyed by server, channel and role ids.
• moderation data: cases, warnings, jail and role restore data for servers that use those features.
• feature data: levels, economy balances, giveaway entries, starboard posts, birthdays, afk statuses and similar.
• name & avatar history: previous usernames and avatars of users rina can see, shown by the names and avatar history commands and on rina.lol. turn it off and delete yours with ,names tracking off.
• drops: usernames and vanity urls that were released, without who released them.
• ticket transcripts: when a server uses transcripts, the closed ticket's messages are stored and viewable by link.
• dashboard sign in: your discord id, username, avatar and the list of servers you're in (to show which ones you can manage).
• message content is processed in memory for commands, filters and auto responders. it is only stored for features that need it, such as snipe (for a short time), transcripts and starboard.

ai features

when you use the ask command, your question and recent follow-ups are sent to anthropic's api to generate a reply. anthropic does not use api inputs to train its models by default.

deleting data

removing rina from a server stops all processing for it. server data is deleted on request, and you can ask for your user data to be deleted at any time through the support server.
