moderation

bans, jail, timeouts, cases, history and custom invoke messages.

every action creates a numbered case, is logged to your mod log and can dm the member. add -s to any action to skip the dm.

actions

commandwhat it does
,ban @user 7d spammingban (optionally temporary)
,hardban @userban, and re-ban automatically if anyone unbans them
,softban @userban + unban to wipe recent messages
,kick @userkick
,timeout @user 1htime out (max 28 days)
,warn @user reasonwarn — counts toward your warn thresholds
,jail @user 1dremove every role and lock them into the jail channel
,strip @userremove every role with dangerous permissions
,forcenickname @user namelock a nickname

,jail setup creates the jail role and channel. jailed members get their roles back with ,unjail, or automatically when the duration runs out.

channels

,lock, ,unlock, ,hide, ,reveal, ,slowmode 5s, ,nuke (clone and wipe a channel), ,purge 50 @user, ,botclear.

cases & history

,history @user ,case 42 ,reason 42 actually raiding ,case remove 42 ,warnings @user

,modlog #mod-logs sets the moderation log. each case has a history button, and bans and timeouts get a one-click unban / remove timeout button. the buttons check the clicker's permissions, fake permissions included.

invoke messages

customize what gets sent when an action is used, in the channel or in the member's dms, using rina script:

,invoke ban channel {container}$v{text: **{user}** was banned by {moderator} — {reason}} ,invoke jail dm {container}$v{title: you were jailed in {guild.name}}$v{text: reason: {reason}\nduration: {duration}}

moderation variables: {moderator}, {moderator.mention}, {reason}, {duration}, {case}.

settings

,modsettings (or dashboard → moderation) controls whether members get a dm when actioned and whether every action needs a reason. deleting the command message after a moderation command lives under dashboard → general.

moderators can't act on members with an equal or higher role, and rina can't act on anyone above its own role.
